Cancellation Policy
Omg Diva Esthetics has a 50% last minute cancellation fee of 24 hours. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Omg Diva Esthetics as soon as possible to reschedule. No call no shows will be charged 100% of service.
You have a 5 minute grace period, after 5 minutes $10 extra fee, after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled as a no call no show and you will be charged 100% of service!
If need to reschedule an appointment it is needed to do 24 hours before your appointment and deposit will be transfer within the same month. Same day rescheduling you will have to resend a new deposit. I understand things happen & I will work with you as long as you’re communicating.
